Live Online Kundalini Yoga & Breathwork Classes
Join me three times a week for a very effective, yet gentle yoga branch known as Kundalini yoga, accompanied by breathwork and meditation.

To join, simply make payment for your month’s subscription and you’ll be added to my Whatsapp community group where a link will be shared to access classes.
Please note: the group is a noticeboard where I will be sharing updates, you cannot post into the group. If you have a question, please message me directly.

- Classes will be live via Zoom web conferencing
- You don not need a Zoom account to join a class
- Simply download the Zoom mobile or desktop app to access the class links
- Class links will be shared with via Whatsapp
If you are new to my classes and would like a taster class before you subscribe, please drop me a message and I will share a complimentary link to the last class with you.
If you miss a class and you would like a playback, please pop me a message and I will send you a link along with an access code.
