Spirulina Breakfast Bowl
This grand green coloured breakfast of champions will keep you full way past lunch time. I made this breakfast for my sister and I to kick start a day of skiing in the Swiss mountains.
Blend the following ingredients:
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 Big handful of frozen spinach
- 4 Halved medjoul dates
- 1tsp Spirulina
- 1 Handful of toasted almonds
- Oat milk depending on the desired constancy
I like to serve this with a side of my avocado toast. You’ll be kept full and bounding with energy for hours.
