My favourite smoothie!

I’m yet to make this for anyone who hasn’t loved it!

Blend the following ingredients together until smooth:

  • 1 Handful blackberries
  • 1 Handful raspberries
  • 2tbsp Organic peanut butter
  • 1 Big handful almonds
  • 2tbsp Chia seeds
  • Cover with your favourite plant based milk – I prefer coconut or rice milk
