Group Finance Manager - PB/11264

Our client is preparing for an IPO early next year and requires a bright and ambitious Finance Manager to join the existing group finance team for a 6 month contract.

The successful candidate will;

Work as part of the finance team ensuring the integrity of the financial and management accounts
Lead and develop projects in relation to the planned IPO ensuring that the project is delivered on time and successfully
Help to develop strong financial controls across the wider business including cash management, forecasting and budgets

The person

Qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA with strong group finance experience
Strong excel and technical accounting knowledge - UK Gaap and IFRS
Outgoing with good communication skills
