Financial Analysis Manager - PB11275

Our client is an international and privately equity backed Digital Media Company and due to growth opportunities they have created this new and exciting role within their finance team. The Financial Analysis Manager will report to the Financial Director and will lead all financial analysis within the business and support the preparation of the group’s consolidated results for P&Ls and Balance Sheet.

The successful candidate will:

• Be a trusted business advisor and provide accurate and timely analysis to the CEO, CFO and shareholder representatives
• Lead budgeting and forecasting, account P&Ls and develop Board level Balance Sheet forecasts and analysis
• Carry out extensive modelling of Balance Sheet forecasting, 10 year business plans and covenant reporting
• Have a high level of involvement in commercial negotiation of major contracts and revenue streams
• Deputise for the Financial Director and other senior members of the Finance Team

The person

• Fully qualified ACA with big 4 training and exposure to Transaction Services/M&A experience
• A strong track record of working closely with and influencing senior operational management
• Excellent Excel modelling skills in addition to well developed communication and presentation skills
• Able to work under pressure and evaluate business decisions and simplify complex problems while identifying key business drivers
• A proactive self starter, able to identify value add analysis
