Financial Accountant - MN11321

Our client an international recruitment business requires a Financial Accountant to join as a key member of the Group Finance team. It is imperative that applicants have a strong financial background and good academics.

The main responsibilities of the role will include; Working with the Finance Controller to ensure the integrity of the accounting records and the consolidation process, control of balance sheet including monthly reconciliation of all of the control accounts and inter company accounts across the group, preparation of monthly reporting packs in Excel, collection and review of data for profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements, statutory financial reporting – key involvement in the year end and statutory reporting process for all legal entities worldwide, assist with tax reviews in all territories, act as liaison with international professional advisors for local reporting requirements and work with the financial and management community in the annual budget setting and re-forecasting processes performed during the year.

The successful applicant needs to be either studying or ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.

Previous experience in a UK organisation with a number of international office/entities or in a business outside the UK would be advantageous.
