Finance Manager - PB11350

Our Client is an International Media company and works with some of the leading brands and most innovative products on the market today. They are very successful and have grown substantially over the last number of years.

The opportunity now exists for a fast track experienced ACA to join one of their high profile divisions (T/O 60million) reporting to the Managing Director of the division and Group CFO. This is a fantastic role and can lead to an exceptional career across the organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

All divisional financial information, KPIs and commentaries including driving the ongoing development of management information to enable improved financial performance
Leading strategic business and contract reviews in addition to working with the management team to define the financial aspects of business strategy, including pricing and the setting of commercial targets
Preparing high quality business focussed analysis and commentary to support the above
Proactively identifying profitability improvement opportunities,implementing cost saving initiatives to impact the P&L and cash flow
Supporting and reviewing business case preparation and Investment Board submissions and bids
Proactively manage, motivate and develop 3 direct reports, and contribute to the appraisal/development of key colleagues

The person:-

Qualified and fast track ACA with very strong academics and big 4 / top 10 training
Media experience preferred
A strong track record of working closely with and influencing senior operational management
Excellent Excel modelling skills combined with well developed communication and presentation skills
Staff management experience.
