Finance Controller - MN11339

An excellent opportunity exists for an intelligent, organised and motivated Financial Controller to join an acquisitive City based IT recruitment business with offices across the world. This is a brand new role that has come up due to the company’s sustained growth and will be in support of the Group Finance Director.

Responsibilities will include overseeing the day to day UK finance function (strategic planning, smooth running and timely delivery of), the mentoring and management of 2 junior finance staff, production of management information ensuring it is at the optimal level, the development of the board presentation pack, implementation of a new accountancy software, working closing with the operations team to collaborate on the development and transparency of operational activity, building relationships and credibility at all levels both internally and externally and helping to support the FD in the growth of the business globally

Shortlisted Candidates will have at least 2 years experience in a recruitment business and be qualified. Previous exposure to a contract recruitment business would be advantageous.

An excellent understanding of Sage Line 50 and advanced Excel skills are imperative
