As part of Kingston Smith LLP we have a strong understanding of the requirements of growing owner-managed businesses and we recruit at all levels in finance for this sector from Bookkeepers through to Finance Directors. The very small business may only need a part-time Bookkeeper, whilst others may be seeking their first Finance Director (full or part time). A capable Finance Director will provide information and confidence to an owner manager allowing them to focus on the things that matter to them to drive the business forward. Depending on the business size, an SME Finance Director will often handle all non-sales or non-core matters such as IT, HR, Facilities, Legals etc.
